Why HV instructors are in high demand right now

DGUV Information 209-093 obliges every business working with high-voltage vehicles to regularly qualify its staff. This applies equally to automotive workshops, OEM production plants, fleet operators, breakdown services and industrial companies.

The market for HV training is growing alongside electromobility – and the demand for qualified HV instructors is outpacing supply. Qualified freelance HV instructors are currently scarce.

That is exactly where we come in: you bring the expertise, we supply the clients, the course materials and the infrastructure. As a partner in our network you train on a commission basis, with no need to worry about sales or administration.

Mandatory training under DGUV 209-093

Not voluntary – legally required. Companies must train regardless of market conditions.

Recurring demand

Every qualification must be renewed within three years – predictable, stable income stream.

Growing EV fleets

More electric vehicles mean more employees requiring training in more businesses – year after year.

Your advantage as a network instructor

You train – we handle everything else. In concrete terms:

Assignments generated for you

No cold calling, no marketing, no sales. We bring the enquiries – you train. Focus entirely on what you are qualified for.

Complete course materials

Slide decks, participant handouts, practical exercises – all verified, norm-compliant and ready to use. No effort required on material development.

Flexible scheduling

No assignment without your agreement. You share your availability – we coordinate in advance. Side income or full-time freelance, both work.

Attractive commission per participant

Transparent model, no hidden deductions. The exact remuneration is discussed in your introductory call – market-rate and performance-based.

Full administrative support

Quotes, contracts, invoicing, certificate creation – we handle all of it. No paperwork for you.

Train-the-Trainer programme

No prior HV training experience? No problem. Our structured programme prepares you for independent course delivery.

What you should bring

We assess suitability together in the introductory call. The basic requirements are straightforward.

Qualified electrician, vEFK or FHV qualification

Completed electrical engineering training or an existing qualification as vEFK (responsible electrical specialist) or FHV (qualified HV person). The foundation for all further steps.

Practical HV experience

Hands-on experience with high-voltage vehicles or HV systems from automotive, the workshop sector or industry. Whether your background is a fit is something we clarify together.

Enjoyment of knowledge transfer

You want to pass on your expertise and guide others through their HV qualification. Teaching experience is an advantage but not a prerequisite.

Self-employment and willingness to travel

You are self-employed or plan to become so. Course assignments take place at the client's premises (inhouse) or at fixed training venues – nationwide by arrangement.

Not sure whether your profile is a match? Apply anyway – we assess every background individually. The first step is always a no-obligation conversation.
